COURSE POLICIES AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

ONLINE COURSE:

To receive a Certificate of Completion for the course you must...

  • Complete each lesson in each topic.
  • Take each quiz in each topic.
  • Pass the final examination with a score of 75% or better on each portion.

Enrollment. Upon receipt of your paid enrollment, we will verify your license number and status and register you on the school's course site. You will receive an e-mail from us when you are registered and may begin taking the course immediately. If we are unable to verify your license status, we will not complete the process, will refund your payment and notify you of the situation via e-mail.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, you may complete the registration form and submit it and then mail your check to us. Please note in the "Comments" that you are mailing a check.  We will register you on the site when we have received your payment.

Refunds/Cancellations:  No refunds will be issued for any reason after you have accessed the course except as noted above.

Additional materials not contained on the course site will be sent by email upon receipt of payment.

WEBINAR COURSE:

Registration:  $100.00 must be paid in advance to register. Book will be mailed upon receipt of payment. Balance of the total tuition payable on first day of class. You may also register by phone at (417) 255-1840 or complete and submit the online registration form and mail $100 registration fee to: PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE, P. O. Box 284, Alton, MO 65606. Due to the cost of the books, the registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

EARLY REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY. To ensure you receive your books on time, registration must be received no later than one week prior to the first day of the school. Classes may be postponed to another date if less than 5-students are pre-registered, in which event your registration fee will be carried forward to the next school.

Online Final Examination: You must be physically present in the entire course and pass our online final in order to receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion for the course.

Refunds/Cancellations: The registration fee will be applied toward another class during the next 12 months for students unable to attend due to extreme emergency or who give 5-days written notice of their inability to attend. The registration fee will be refunded in the event the school is cancelled and not postponed to another date so long as the book is returned to us undamaged.  The registration fee may be transferred to our online course, in which case, a refund of the difference in tuition minus the $100 registration fee will be refunded if the online course is completed within 12 months from the scheduled beginning date for the Webinar course.
