Online Nonresident Courses
Nonresident licensees who wish to obtain Missouri non-resident real estate licenses must pass the STATE PORTION of the corresponding salesperson or broker prelicense test. Nonresident salespersons must ALSO complete a 24-hour course called "Missouri Real Estate Practice" that has been approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and is offered by a Missouri Real Estate Commission approved school.
Professional School of Real Estate is pleased to offer unapproved courses to assist nonresident licensees in preparing for the STATE portion of the Missouri broker and salesperson tests. They include ONLY the state portions of our Missouri Real Estate Commission ("MREC") approved online 48-Hour Broker and Salesperson Pre-Examination courses and, since they are not required prelicense courses, HAVE NOT been approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
As an accredited Missouri Real Estate School we also offer the 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course.
