  3. Pass the final examination with a score of 75% or better on each portion.
  4. Contact the school for your Certificate of Satisfactory Completion.

Refunds. Refunds will ONLY be issued if you cancel your course within the first week (7 days) from the date you register and pay for it.

Enrollment. To enroll in the course, you must agree to our school policy and terms of use and we must verify your license status. Upon receipt of your enrollment form, we will verify your license status, charge your credit or debit card and register you on the school site. You will receive an e-mail from us when you are registered and may begin taking the course immediately. If we are unable to verify that you have been actively licensed for at least 24 consecutive months and your are not a reactivating broker or nonresident broker, we will not complete the process and will refund your payment and notify you of the situation via e-mail. If you wish to pay by check or money order, you may complete the registration form and mail it to us. We will register you on the site when we have received your form and payment. Additional materials not contained on the course site will be sent by email upon receipt of payment.
