The following courses are approved and will be taught for the 2026 license renewals.

The following courses are approved for the 2026 Missouri real estate license renewals for brokers and salespersons. Additional courses will be added as they are completed and approved.

9:00 - 11:40 am	1270024192	Elective	Missouri Real Estate Contracts. Think you understand real estate contracts? Think again! In recent years, disciplinary actions taken by the MREC against real estate licensees for issues regarding contracts are on the rise. This course guides you through what Missouri statutory, administrative and case law have to say about real estate contracts. It also addresses the impact the new NAR MLS rules and settlement agreement may have on Missouri real estate contracts.

12:30 pm - 3:10 pm	1270024213	Elective	Negotiating the Real Estate Transaction: Based on the book by Stuart Peckham and originally created and taught in 2002! Learn how to negotiate your way to success! This is not a lengthy and formal college-level treatments of the subject but is designed provide you with some simple, proven steps and techniques that will enable you to more effectively negotiate your way through the real estate business while remaining in compliance with the law.

9:00 – 11:40 am	1270021041	Core	Fair Housing in 21st Century Missouri. Mandated as the core course for 2026 license renewals, in this course you will learn how to comply with current federal Fair Housing and Missouri Human Rights Act laws and receive insight into current issues on fair housing coming out of the courts and HUD opinions.
11:40 am – 12:30 pm			Lunch on Your Own
12:30 pm - 3:10 pm	1270024210	Elective	REALTOR^® Ethics in a Changing Business. Learn how to comply with the new MLS rules and NAR Settlement Agreement while remaining in compliance with the Code of Ethics. This course covers Articles 1, 3, 4 and 17.

On-site continuing education available. Contact us if you have a group of 10 or more, to learn more about holding continuing education courses in your own facility for your own group.

Classroom Course Policies

Walk-ins & Split Certificates. There will be an extra charge of $10 for walk-ins (students not pre-paid and pre-registered). Call (417) 255-1840 to verify seating availability. If you register for more than one course at 2 or more different locations or dates, there will be an extra $10 fee for each extra certificate.

Rescheduling. If you reschedule—A $10 fee will be charged for students rescheduling within less than one week of the seminar date. If we reschedule—Seminars of less than 10 may be rescheduled or changed in the event of an emergency.

Cancellations. If you cancel—nonrefundable credit of equal value for any future seminar. Credits are transferable. If we cancel—credit of equal value for any future seminar or full refund at your option.

On-Site Seminars Available. If you have a group of 10 or more, it may be financially beneficial for you to schedule a seminar at your facility. Call us at (417) 255-1840 to inquire about on-site seminars.

Privacy. Sensitive personal information is gathered for verification of identity and/or payment purposes only and will NOT be shared with anyone outside of our school, except that identity information may be shared with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. Credit card information is destroyed once payment has been made.

Unpaid Enrollments. Due to the number of unpaid enrollees that fail to show up for class, unpaid enrollments will be treated as walk-ins and charged an additional $10 in class.
